Faire Fermenter is located along the Maruko River in the 20th Maruko-juku on the 53rd station of the Tokaido. Relaxing time is flowing in the charming townscape that retains the remnants of the old Tokaido.
We make cakes and sweets using gluten-free, organic ingredients that do not use flour.You can eat at the cafe or take out.We also have vegan sweets available.
